Thursday, March 19, 2026, will go down in history at Sacred Heart School, Westport, as the day they brought an All-Ireland title home to Mayo

The Junior side etched their names into folklore in Orchard Park, Elphin, as they put reigning champions Moate Community School to the sword and kick-started one hell of a celebration on the shores of Clew Bay.

The party really started on the turf, though, as the elation set in for those proud girls who battled hard for the most important win of all.
