Stacey Solomon has revealed she is “unreachable and inconsolable” as her eldest son turns 18. The Loose Women panellist shared a lengthy message to social media as she marked the landmark birthday.

Stacey shared photos and videos of Zachary over the years, from a child to a teenager. Sharing the video to her story she said: “If you need me I’m unreachable and inconsolable. Happy 18th baby boy.”

In the caption of the post she said: “I blinked and my baby boy turned 18. Zachary, growing up with you has been the biggest privilege of my life. Looking through our memories, every video I have of you shows just how special you are.”

She added: “The kindest man with the biggest heart. The world is so lucky to have an human like you in it. Happy birthday darling boy. To the moon and stars and back again. Sorry that I’ve spent the whole morning crying. I’ll pull myself together eventually.”

Stacey and partner Joe Swash share son Rex, six, and daughters Rose, four, and Belle, two. Stacey also has older sons Zachary, 18, with former partner Dean Cox, and Leighton, 13, with ex-fiancé Aaron Barham.

Other replies included: “Such a beautiful montage of your Zachary. Happy birthday young man” and “Happy 18th Birthday Zac such a lovely young man, have the best day.”

The 36-year-old has plenty to celebrate this week. This evening, Stacey will be appearing as a guest judge on Britain’s Got Talent. It is a full circle moment for the star who started her career as a contestant on The X Factor.

Stacey will be stepping in for head judge Simon Cowell. As a result, Amanda will temporarily lead the panel. Speaking about her time on the show on ITV’s This Morning earlier this week, she told hosts Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard: “I loved it! Do you know what’s really funny [about] having that full circle moment?

“One, I felt like I really connected with people on stage, because it’s not easy to put yourself forward in those situations. Two, I realised just what it’s like to present a show where you’re not digging through people’s houses and you get to dress up, wear a nice dress and sit in a chair all day. I was like, ‘Wow, this is a great show.”
