Plans have been submitted for a major new warehouse development in Donegal Town.
Donegal Tyre Centre Ltd, whose director is Barry Monaghan, has submitted an application to Donegal County Council for the proposed 1,846 square metre (19,870 sq ft) development to the rear of its existing premises.
The plans include the construction of three buildings, each containing large open plan warehouses and offices.
The application also seeks permission for the provision of access road, car parking and pedestrian footpaths to the proposed development and connections to the public foul, storm and watermain services.
Council planners are due to make a decision on the application by the second week of May.
