Tourmakeady, Co. Mayo and formerly of Mitchelstown, Co. Cork (Ex Coillte Teo) – on March 24th, 2026, peacefully at Mayo University Hospital, Castlebar.
Predeceased by his siblings Mary, Nora and Peter.
Deeply mourned by his loving wife Mary Jo (nee Feehan), his family Sinead (Heffernan), Danny, Aoife (McGee), and Gary.
Michael will be sorely missed by his adored grandchildren Charlie, Oscar, Lewis, Isabelle, Quinn, Audrey and Silas, sons-in-law Barry and Johnny, daughters-in-law Emma and Mary, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing at St Mary’s Funeral Home, Tourmakeady (F12XY26) on Thursday evening from 5:30pm until 7:00pm.
Requiem Mass in St Mary’s Church, Tourmakeady on Friday at 12:00 noon.
A cremation service will be held at Shannon Crematorium on Saturday, March 28th at 3:00 pm
