We’re in Germany for week eight and Webby reckons Gerwyn Price will have a big night on Thursday.

We’ve got more Premier League Darts action to get stuck into as week eight takes place at the Uber Arena in Berlin, Germany!

Jonny Clayton tops the table with Luke Littler, Gerwyn Price and Luke Humphries making up the top four ahead of Thursday’s clashes.

Former flinger and Sky Sports pundit Mark Webster is a tad excited for another fascinating round of action, and he got picks for every match. Let’s get Webby’s fancies.

Jonny Clayton to win
Josh Rock to have the most 180s

This is a pivotal week and it’s huge for Josh Rock at the bottom of the table. Rock is running out of time to get points on the board and he has to play Jonny Clayton who’s top of the league!

Rock’s confidence is shot and he’s not performing. Clayton, meanwhile, is flying and he loves playing Premier League Darts. He’ll be confident of adding to his points tally to secure a play-off spot.

It’s hard to make a case for Rock. He might have some spells and I can see him finishing with more 180s than Clayton.

Ultimately, Clayton is a polished finisher and he’s a good frontrunner. Clayton to win is my main fancy.

Luke Humphries to win
Over 5.5 180s

I really like this tie. Luke Humphries and Michael van Gerwen have both dipped in and out of form but I can see this match being littered with 180s so I’m keen on the Over 5.5 180s market as this could go all the way.

In terms of the winner, Luke Humphries, who hit back after claims he lacked “stage aura” and he’s “giving in” to Luke Littler, has a bit more about him in those deciding moments and I can see him booking his semi-final spot.

Littler to win, have the most 180s and the highest checkout

Littler pulled off the stunning comeback against Gerwyn Price in Dublin last week and he’ll be full of confidence on Thursday night.

Stephen Bunting has played okay but Littler will take charge of this game. Littler to win, have the most 180s and the highest checkout is the play. He’s a big finisher and I’d never put anyone off backing Littler to have a nine darter.

Gerwyn Price to win

Gian van Veen missed last week due to kidney stones so we don’t know how well his preparation has gone.

Apart from Price’s collapse against Littler, I liked what I saw last week! He’s been playing well for a while and I like his attitude.

This is a match I just feel that Price will win. He’ll be desperate to bounce back from last week and I can’t see anything but Price winning.

Premier League Darts week 8 winner

Gerwyn Price

Price has won a lot of fans over in recent years. He’s won titles and he’s always going to be involved.

I’ve got a feeling Price can have a big night on Thursday. It’s a potential rematch with Littler and he’ll want to show what he’s about. I like Price to win week eight in Berlin!
