The seizure of €30m in cryptocurrency from a Dublin drug dealer could be just the start of a huge bounty for the State.
Gardaí announced this week that the Criminal Assets Bureau (CAB), in collaboration with Europol, gained access to and seized a cryptocurrency wallet containing 500 bitcoins, which are the proceeds of crime.
