A liquidator is seeking the restriction of a company director who took payments in excess of €45,000 a month out of her packaging business before it collapsed.
Poor commercial decision-making and the diversion of company funds for personal benefit contributed to the winding up of AB Group Packaging Limited, according to liquidator Tom Murray.
