The purchase of Daniel Kinahan’s luxury mansion from the Criminal Assets Bureau (Cab), “spiralling” loans and bank statements will come under boardroom scrutiny as Michael Flatley has won back control over his hit show Lord of the Dance.
The dancer and choreographer seized control of Switzer Consulting on Friday in an apparent victory in his month-long legal battle with the company over the show ahead of its 30th anniversary world tour.
