Paul Wilson is in many ways a bit like a superhero. By day, he is one thing and by night another.
Having grown up on a dairy and tillage farm in Co Wexford, he completed his Leaving Cert exams at St. Peter’s College, before dropping out of college – just like Bill Gates but with a smaller bank account, he jokes. He is the eastern territory manager for Pottinger Ireland, the Austrian agriculture giant. That is the day job.
