Yvonne Connolly made for a beautiful bride as she tied the knot to her longtime love, John Conroy, in New York – but eagle-eyed fans may recognise her wedding dress.

The former model brought a little bit of Ireland to her very American wedding, as she opted for an elegant Róisín Linnane wedding dress for her special day.

You may recognise the bride’s off-the-shoulder gown from her previous looks, as she wore a navy version of the stylish look to the Emmy Awards in September 2025.

Clearly, Yvonne is a fan of the dress’s frilly Bardot neckline and a flowy bodice, as she bought the gúna in a different colour to wear during her Central Park wedding.

She shared a shot in the Irish design at the Emmys, which she attended alongside her eldest daughter. The pair were attending the prestigious awards on behalf of John, who was nominated but couldn’t attend as he was filming a project in Budapest.

The 52-year-old gave Róisín a shoutout on social media, then, saying she was her ‘favourite Irish designer.’ Yvonne gushed: ‘I adore the dress I wore to the ceremony made especially by my favourite Irish designer @roisinlinnane’

Yvonne let the satin dress do the talking during her chic NYC wedding over the weekend, as she decided not to wear a veil and instead kept her elegant look simple, holding a bouquet of flowers.

While the mum-of-three’s dress appears to be bespoke, Róisín’s occasion gowns usually come in at around €650. Yvonne matched the dress with long drop earrings from Emporium Kalu in Naas.

She shared a post on social media gushing over the big day, writing: ‘I felt a million dollars, bursting with happiness!’
