A new graphic and disturbing 40-page affidavit filed by Ms Grant accuses McMahon of rape, coercion, and physical and mental abuse. It also alleges that current WWE President Nick Khan was aware of her circumstances, and accuses other WWE employees of abuse and cover-up.

This affidavit is part of Grant’s lawsuit, which was launched in January 2024. McMahon is fighting the suit while reportedly attempting to return to WWE.
“I felt used, leveraged, humiliated, shamed, dehumanised, intimidated, and exploited for the business and the sexual gratification of these men,” stated Ms Grant in her affidavit obtained by The Independent.
Ms Grant’s affidavit alleges that she met McMahon through a friend. Shortly afterward, he helped her get a job in the WWE legal department in 2019 after she suffered from a family tragedy. She alleges his predatory behaviour began almost immediately.
She says that as soon as she got the job, “Vince made his next overtly sexual move and, despite my saying no and to stop, put his hand in my pants. I do not remember what happened next because I blacked out.”

She added: “In retrospect I see that Vince created my job so he could monitor me and engage in predatory behaviors more easily.”
Ms Grant accused McMahon of sharing explicit photos and videos of her with his friends. Those included pictures that she did not know were being taken. Ms Grant says in the suit that several other employees and higher-ups were complicit in her abuse within the company, including former head of talent relations John Laurinaitis, who allegedly raped her, and former wrestler Brock Lesnar.

She alleges, “Sex with Vince and others became so violent I often cried and suffered physical side effects, including bleeding, swelling, bruising, and incontinence.”

Khan, meanwhile, is accused of attempting to move her to another job with another company to shield the company from legal liabilities. She also says that Khan was aware of her “relationship” with McMahon but never asked whether it was consensual.
The affidavit reads: “While I was being sexually and emotionally abused both at work and after work hours by the CEO of the company, I was aware that his top executives, Nick and Brad [Blum], were surveilling my every move and enabling Vince’s abuse.”
McMahon left the WWE in 2022, but is reportedly eyeing a return to the company.
Grant has said that after leaving the company, she contemplated taking her own life due to the humiliation she endured and the digital footprint of her “relationship” with McMahon.
McMahon is not only powerful in the world of wrestling but also has connections to the White House, as his now-estranged wife, Linda McMahon, is the Secretary of Education. Legal representation for WWE and McMahon has been contacted for comment.
