Trump’s war is affecting this country and this domestic economy, as many Irish people are already cruelly experiencing through higher fuel prices.
But there will be waves of attacks to come on the home front, albeit thankfully only on our pockets, and not in terms of spilt blood and blitzed homes where the war is taking place.
