to the moon

Astronauts who went farther into space than any other humans have returned to Earth after a dramatic re-entry and splashdown near San Diego. All four will instantly become space celebrities and help humans understand our existence.

For two, however, their mission took on a special journey as they became the first black man and the first woman to go to the moon.
