Hollyoaks spoilers follow.
Hollyoaks’ Theresa McQueen will be left hurt by yet another ambiguous exchange between her partner Dodger Savage and Cleo, who are getting close again after revealing their feelings for each other last year.
Cleo is in a relationship with Sienna Blake, but their romance has been far from smooth sailing. In a new twist, Sienna pushed Clare Devine off a cliff and subsequently gaslit Cleo, who has been dealing with postpartum psychosis, into thinking that she was to blame.

In scenes airing next week, an upset Cleo arrives home to find that Dodger is late for Frankie Osborne’s leaving party. Dodger offers Cleo comfort and hugs her, but Theresa comes back home in time to see the exchange and struggles to conceal her discomfort.
Back at the flat, Cleo insists to Sienna that she’s still the woman she fell in love with, but that could all change if she cottons on to her partner’s lies and manipulation in the situation involving Clare.
Feeling insecure after witnessing the sweet moment between Dodger and Cleo, all while experiencing some guilt over her words to the terminally-ill Diane Hutchinson, Theresa tells Dodger that she isn’t the nice person that he thinks she is.
After spending the night together, things appear to be looking up for the couple, though a revelation from Theresa’s daughter, Kathleen-Angel, throws a spanner in the works and risks upending their renewed serenity.

When Kathleen-Angel acts frostily towards her mother, Theresa puts it down to her banning her daughter from seeing Ant Hutchinson. Ignoring the fact she’s been grounded, Kathleen-Angel tells her mum she’s going to see Ant.
Theresa tries to stop her but she’s left stunned when her daughter reveals that she overheard her conversation with Dodger from the previous night. Will Theresa regain her daughter’s trust?
