Leinster attracted the second-highest attendance of the eight European knockout games at the weekend, behind Bordeaux Begles, who once again sold out the 32,930-capacity Stade Chaban-Delmas.
A crowd of 18,839 turned up to watch Leo Cullen’s side dispose of Sale Sharks to book their place in the Champions Cup semi-final against Toulon, a game that will be Leinster’s 23rd home knockout tie covering Europe and the URC since crowds returned in 2021.
