Married At First Sight groom Tyson Gordon was slammed by the TV show’s relationship experts during the final episode on Monday night.
The 30-year-old property investor from the Gold Coast quickly become a divisive figure this season due to his controversial views about relationships and women.
Tyson was paired with Stephanie Marshall on the show, but their relationship was turbulent from the get-go as they clashed about traditional gender roles.
During the final episode, the pair looked back at their time together.
But things took a turn when Tyson kept talking over relationship expert Alessandra Rampolla while she was giving feedback.

“Stop speaking over her, Tyson, this is unacceptable!” Mel Schilling yelled.
Tyson apologised “if” he spoke over Alessandra, and the expert quickly clapped back, asking Tyson to clarify that he did speak over her.
John also called out for how Tyson communicated with the experts.
“What we’re hearing is kind of taking our breath away in disbelief,” he told the 30-year-old.
“One of the things here that’s noticeable is that when Mel and Alessandra were talking to you, you talked over them and continued to do that, but you’re not talking over me, and that’s a problem.”

The final grilling came from Mel, who called on Tyson to learn how to respect women.
“When it comes to the way you communicate with and about women, it is important that you show respect,” she said.
“Every time you’ve sat on this couch, you’ve struggled to even make eye contact with Alessandra and I.
“You only ever use John’s name, so it’s the disrespectful behaviour that we’re calling you out on, not your views.
“This is something that we genuinely hope that you can learn from and take away, because I really don’t know how you’re going to have a healthy relationship with a woman in the future if you’re not able to develop respect for women.”
The experts were praised by viewers for finishing off the season strong.
They also thought it was especially poignant as Mel sadly died before this episode aired on Channel 9.
“Glad Mel spoke the truth,” one wrote.
“Queen Mel closing it out with a great lesson for Tyson, next season will feel different without her,” another said.
“Oh this is so cathartically glorious! They are saying all the s**t we have been saying and thinking. Mel. Legend,” wrote a third.
The relationship expert passed away last month after a years-long battle with cancer, and many have said MAFS won’t be the same without her.
