YOKOHAMA, Japan — Struggling carmaker Nissan Motor unveiled a long-term technology strategy on Tuesday that includes an artificial intelligence-powered autonomous driving system and a range of electric-vehicle options, as the company sought to bolster its business restructuring plan.
