Litigation aimed at ousting dancer from lucrative show now expected to end

A court has approved the rectification of a share register to reflect dancer and choreographer Michael Flatley is the owner of 100 shares in Northern Ireland events company Switzer Consulting Limited.
The move confirmed, following months of turmoil, Mr Flatley’s beneficial ownership of the business, which runs the Lord of the Dance show he created three decades ago.
