Having finally completed a long and drawn-out legal process, in recent weeks Wexford businessman Andy Doyle became the official owner of The Centenary Stores. And he’s wasting no time.
Work is now under way to revitalise the once iconic front and back bars, as well as the beer garden, as Andy closes in on an opening date for a pub he hopes will reclaim its place as a legendary Wexford nightlife spot.
