gallery@37 has been opened by Lynne Walton and Carlos Dominguez
A vibrant new addition to the Broadstairs cultural scene, gallery@37, has officially opened its doors on the High Street.
The gallery has been founded by Lynne Walton, a teacher of more than 30 years and a gallery owner for the past two, alongside Carlos Dominguez, a photographer with extensive commercial experience. Carlos is also an active organiser of craft markets and a maker, creating decorative and household objects using concrete.
The colourful and modern gallery brings together a mix of artistic talent, showcasing and selling work from 25 local, national and international artists and makers.

At gallery@37 visitors can find a mix of disciplines, including painting, illustration, photography, ceramics, glass, jewellery, sculpture, textiles, and concrete creations.
The gallery will regularly rotate exhibitions, featuring both well-established and emerging artists. It will also offer a flexible space available for hire outside opening hours, aimed at those wanting to hold workshops, art clubs, presentations and creative networking events.

The duo said: “Our aim is to make gallery@37 a welcoming and accessible space on the High Street.
“We want it to be a place where everyone feels comfortable popping in to explore a diverse range of artwork and to purchase original pieces at a wide range of price points.”
