The Labour Court has upheld a decision that a former Twitter executive was unfairly dismissed but reduced his record award to just over €200,000.
Gary Rooney was awarded €550,131 at the Workplace Relations Commission two years ago after an adjudication officer found he had been unfairly dismissed.
