Dressed in top hats and morning suits at Royal Ascot in 2014, hotelier Noel O’Callaghan and his sons Paul and Charles looked the picture of unbridled joy as they celebrated the success of their filly Anthem Alexander in the prestigious Queen Mary Stakes.
