Mayo cattle dealer Finbar Tolan has failed in his long-running legal battle against his former solicitors following a ruling by the Court of Appeal that his claims of professional negligence were without merit.
Mr Justice Binchy, sitting with Ms Justice Pilkington and Mr Justice O’Moore, dismissed all 81 grounds of appeal brought by the dealer against John Brady and John Dillon-Leetch, who traded as Dillon-Leetch and Comerford Solicitors.
