Emma Grede, co-founder of Kim Kardashian’s Skims, says she is “a max three-hour mum”. The fashion entrepreneur told the Wall Street Journal Magazine that after being with her four children from 9am to noon on weekends, “I am done with these four,” after which she goes off to “fill” her “cup”.

“Women are drained and exhausted,” added Grede, while promoting her new book, Start With Yourself. “And so, to put upon yourself that every waking minute is oriented around your kids is not a way to live,” she said, insisting, “we need more people to come out and be honest” about motherhood.
