Gardaí are renewing an appeal for witness in relation to a single vehicle collision last week in which the woman has since died.
The incident took place on the R557 at Ballyhorgan West, Lixnaw, Co Kerry, on Thursday, September 18, at about 1.45pm.
The driver, a woman aged in her 70s, was brought to University Hospital Kerry and has since died.
No other injuries were reported.
Gardaí are appealing for any witnesses to this collision to come forward.
Any road users who may have camera footage (including dash-cam) and were travelling on the R557 in the area of Ballyhorgan West between 1:00pm and 2:00pm on Thursday 18th September 2025, are asked to make this footage available to investigating Gardaí.
