A woman who ordered garden furniture from Rathwood Home and Garden World said she has had to chase the Carlow-based retailer for a refund for over a month.
Rathwood, an Irish family-owned home and garden retailer located just outside Tullow on the Carlow-Wicklow border, has come under fire over the last year following customer complaints about lengthy delivery delays.
