Irish TV star Graham Norton is renowned for hosting some of the planet’s biggest celebrities on his eponymous chat show and leading the BBC’s Eurovision Song Contest coverage, but he’s now set to front a fresh reality television series.
The Neighbourhood is a completely new format that sees families and households go head-to-head in a street-sized popularity competition, vying for the opportunity to claim a life-altering cash prize of £250,000.
The 11-part ITV series transforms ordinary life into an enormous gameshow that blends high-stakes rivalry, spectacular challenges and relatable household drama to deliver an entirely new take on reality television.

Where does Graham Norton live?
Twelve months ago, Graham, 63, listed the sophisticated East London mansion where he’d resided for over two decades, with photographs released by estate agent Knight Frank revealing the four-bedroom property featured stunning arch windows, white-washed walls and wooden beams.
Overlooking the River Thames, the Wapping townhouse was the definition of luxury. Priced at just shy of £5m, it boasted four floors, a patio, a private garden and direct access to a communal garden.
Simultaneously, he also allegedly listed his New York property. “I find that I respond to [houses] in a very emotional way,” he wrote in his memoir, So Me, so this wouldn’t have been an easy decision for the star to put his homes on the market.
“We’ve been thinking about it for a couple of years and I finally feel brave enough to make a huge change to my life,” Graham told The Sunday Times.
“My favourite times have definitely been enjoying a drink sitting by the river on a summer’s evening,” he told the publication of the London townhouse.

Graham is believed to still retain a London property, while also maintaining a retreat in West Cork where he celebrated his wedding to husband Jonathan Mcleod.
The television personality grew up in Bandon, Co. Cork, and in 2003 purchased a property an hour’s drive away in the coastal village of Ahakista. The residence spans approximately 4,000 square feet, boasting sweeping views over Dunmanus Bay, and is understood to serve as his summer retreat.
He and Jonathan tied the knot at the nearby Bantry House, subsequently hosting a celebration at the Ahakista property.
“It is a paradise. I love it,” he told The Irish Times. “There is no denying it is a gorgeous part of the world. It is far less exploited than Cornwall or Devon, which are similarly beautiful, but it is so much more remote and unexplored.”

What’s Graham Norton’s net worth?
Graham’s wealth is estimated to be in the region of £30 million, according to the celebrity wealth tracking website Celebrity Net Worth. His BBC work is believed to make a significant contribution to his overall income — figures previously released by the corporation revealed he earned between £725,000 and £729,999 during the 2019 to 2020 financial year.
Those figures, made public in 2020, confirmed that Graham’s pay packet at the time encompassed his “weekly show on Radio 2, a range of programmes and series, Bafta film and TV awards”.
