A senior logistics firm executive suing his employers in a workplace dispute has been ordered by the High Court to pay the €55,000 cost of an investigation after he secretly accessed the emails of company directors.

Mr Justice Liam Kennedy said he would strike out proceedings brought by John Paul Kelly against Store All Logistics Limited if the payment is not made within 60 days.
