A judge is to refer to arbitration most aspects of a bitter family dispute over control of the O’Callaghan Collection hotels group.

The group’s founder, Noel O’Callaghan (76), sued sons Paul (40) and Charles (37) in the High Court last year, claiming they froze him out of the business after he transferred group assets worth €400m to them and another son, Bryan (43), 11 years ago.
