Roger Randle was due to join Munster from the Chiefs this summer
Munster are set to conduct a review into the process that led to Roger Randle being appointed as the province’s attack coach before the move was cancelled on Thursday.
The rumour mill has gone into overdrive since Munster announced that they and Randle had “mutually agreed” not to proceed with the appointment, with loose talk of sackings and resignations doing the rounds.
