A settlement has been reached in a dispute between an American multinational and its Irish former managing director that sparked legal proceedings on both sides of the Atlantic.
Those proceedings were linked to the unfair dismissal of Caroline O’Connell by Lionbridge Technologies LLC, a digital interpretation and translation firm that operates in more than 20 countries worldwide.
