Broadcaster Ciara Doherty on finding the confidence to ‘back herself’ and jump from live radio to podcasting

We’re nearly finished our interview when Ciara Doherty lowers her head onto the table, rests her forehead on her hands, and shakes her head from side to side.
“I’ll just let you know, doing interviews is up there with my worst nightmares,” she says through her hair, laughing.
