The Trisomy 21 fundraising campaign, an initiative by Wexford dad Andrew O’Brien to raise much-needed funds for Windmill Therapeutic Centre and Wexford Special Olympics Sports Club where his daughter Jennie receives tremendous care and support, has now come to an end with a total of €60,000 raised.
The final presentation of €32,000 was made to Windmill Therapeutic Centre on a sunny afternoon in their beautiful garden on Larkins Lane. €27,000 was donated to Wexford Special Olympics Sports Club some weeks ago, with the remaining balance covering fees to iDonate.
