A passenger who assaulted a taxi driver after she and her friend refused to pay a fare left him with a cut lip and swelling to the face, a court heard.
Nikita Duffy (21) was not the protagonist in the row, and only got involved when the taxi driver tried to restrain her friend and call gardaí.
