The West’s awake and Connacht are very much alive and kicking.
Connacht have given themselves a chance of securing a precious top‑eight spot in the URC heading into the final day of the regular season. Stuart Lancaster’s men remain in ninth, but they will travel to Edinburgh next Friday – one point behind Ulster – still in with a shout of snatching a play-off place, and potential Champions Cup qualification with it.
