A High Court judge has blasted a barrister for battering her former employer, financial software firm Ion Trading Ireland, with a “torrent of litigation” and engaging in an abuse of process.
Mr Justice John Jordan said the legal action taken by barrister Sabina Murphy against the company was “hugely concerning”.
