A son of veteran hotelier Noel O’Callaghan, founder of the O’Callaghan Collection, has hit back at claims his father’s lawyers were covertly filmed while inspecting documents at a company premises.
Paul O’Callaghan did not deny that a recording was made, but suggested his father’s representatives ought to have known they were being filmed due to prominent signage about CCTV being in operation.
