The European Union has announced plans to sabotage the expansion of Elon Musk’s Starlink by restricting US satellite service inside the bloc.
Commission officials are to push fo all American satellite operators, including not only Musk’s Starlink but also Amazon’s Leo internet service, to have their access to a key communications wavelength heavily restricted starting 2027.
