Sarah Michelle Gellar and Freddie Prinze Jr. swapped the tony enclave of Bel Air for a more family friendly footprint in Brentwood‘s Lower Mandeville Canyon pocket in 2013. After a short stint on the rental market last year at $60,000 per month, it’s now listed for $10.5 million with Cindy Ambuehl of Christie’s International Real Estate Southern California.
“The home feels safe, private, and part of a wonderful community,” Ambuehl told Realtor.com. “The floor plan is smart and functional, with both a front staircase and a secondary kitchen staircase, which made everyday family living very easy.”
