Sharon Horgan has confirmed she is set to star in Only Murders in the Building.
The hit series is set to head to the UK for the first time and Disney has confirmed the actress – who created the Emmy-nominated series Bad Sisters – is set to join the show.
Sharon is among a host of new faces who have signed up for the UK version of the series, alongside Jennifer Saunders, Sean Teale, Simone Ashley, Amar Chadha-Patel, Rhea Norwood and Matthew Beard. All of whom will appear in recurring guest star roles.

Plot details for the new season remain under wraps, although production is currently underway in the UK, marking the first time the New York-set mystery comedy has filmed overseas.
Series regulars Steve Martin, Martin Short and Selena Gomez return as amateur sleuths Charles, Oliver and Mabel, alongside Michael Cyril Creighton.
Created by Steve Martin and John Hoffman, the acclaimed series follows three neighbours whose fascination with true-crime podcasts leads them to investigate murders connected to their apartment building, the Arconia.

Season five featured an extensive guest cast including Meryl Streep, Da’Vine Joy Randolph, Nathan Lane, Renée Zellweger and Christoph Waltz. While Disney has yet to confirm which season five guest stars will return, Randolph has reportedly been spotted on set during production.
The latest season is executive produced by Hoffman, Martin, Short, Gomez, Dan Fogelman, Jess Rosenthal, Ben Smith, Jennifer Crittenden and Gabrielle Allan.
