But Odin is clearly the best dog in the world, especially after James appears to suffer a heart attack while flying a small plane and they crash land in the wilderness, known as “the heart of the beast.”
According to the official synopsis, “After a harrowing plane crash, Special Forces officer James Belmont (Brad Pitt) and his combat dog, Odin, find themselves stranded deep in the Alaskan wilderness. Together, they are forced into a brutal fight for survival against the elements. From acclaimed filmmaker David Ayer, ‘Heart of the Beast’ is an intense adventure thriller that explores the unbreakable bond between a man and his best friend as they face their greatest battle yet.”

“We’re just going to have to do this the hard way,” Pitt tells the dog in the trailer.
The hard way includes falling into a raging river, trekking through a swamp, and other dangerous obstacles.
“We’ve been through worse,” Pitt says.
But does worse include menacing wolves?

All we can say is they better both survive, but especially Odin, who is clearly the best dog on the planet.
Near the end of the trailer, Pitt declares, “One last mission. We’re not gonna die out here.” The dog better not!
