Lidl Ireland opens first top energy-rated supermarket of its kind in Carlow

Lidl Ireland opens the first top energy-rated supermarket of its kind today and it’s in Carlow.

The new, state-of-the-art store on the Castlecomer Road in Graiguecullen boasts the highest possible Building Energy Rating (A0 BER).

It follows a €10million investment with 25 new permanent jobs created.
