Lauralea, Aghamore, Ballyhaunis – peacefully on 1st July in the tender care of the staff of Mayo University Hospital, following a short illness.
Predeceased by his parents Tom & Nora, brother Tom and sister Nora.
Shamie will be sadly missed by his loving wife Chris, daughter Majella, sons Padraic, Peter & Adrian, brothers Mick, Peter & Bernie, sisters Kathleen & Mary, his loving grandchildren Jake, Madison, Craig, Abigail, Evan, Jason, Taylor, David, Aerin, Róisín, Meabh & Seamus, son-in-law Owen, daughter-in-law Caroline, sons’ partners Regina & Tanya, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, relatives, kind neighbours & a large circle of friends.
