A man in his 60s has died following a two-car collision in Co Waterford.
The collision occurred on the R680 at Adamstown, Kilmeaden at around 1.50pm yesterday.
The man, who was driving one of the cars, was pronounced dead at the scene.
His body was removed to University Hospital Waterford, where a post-mortem examination will be carried out.
No other injuries were reported.
The road was closed for a technical examination, but has since reopened.
Gardaí are appealing for witnesses, or any road users with camera footage (including dash-cam) and who were travelling in the area between 1pm and 2pm yesterday, to contact Tramore Garda Station on 051 391 620, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any garda station.
