ITV This Morning star Alison Hammond has hit back at ‘toyboy’ accusations after she revealed a 22-year-age gap with her boyfriend.
The 51-year-old has been dating Russian model and massage therapist David Puttman, 28, since 2023.
However, in a new interview, Alison insisted marriage isn’t on the cards but gushed that the loved-up pair ‘choose each other every day’.

‘I’ve got a lovely man in my life,’ she said. ‘It’s just easy. I think that’s when you know you’ve got something special. He just sees me for who I am. We choose each other, every day.’
Asked about their 22-year age gap, Alison added: ‘It’s nothing to do with anyone else. Yeah, people are going to talk. People do. But that’s their business, not mine.’
‘I don’t think [there will be a wedding]. We don’t need to! We’re both cool,’ she told The Mirror.
The couple, who met when Alison booked David for a massage session, have largely kept their relationship out of the spotlight, though the This Morning presenter has occasionally shed light on their connection.

‘He just has the most beautiful energy and everyone feels it when they’re in his presence,’ she previously gushed. ‘I am so grateful that he chooses to spend his life with me.’
The star did previously admit she’d be open to marrying her younger partner one day.
‘We live together, and we’re happy the way it is. I don’t need a ring to show my love to somebody. What I will say is, if he asked me tomorrow to marry him, it wouldn’t be a “no”. That’s all I’m going to say to you,’ Alison confessed back in June.
