Virgin Media Television is looking for new recruits to take part in the next series of Gogglebox Ireland.
The hit format sees families and friends filmed as they gather around the TV to comment on what they are watching,
The series first aired on Channel 4 in 2013 and has since been picked up by TV channels around the world, including Australia, France and the US. Virgin Media began an Irish version of the format in 2016.
The Virgin Media version is now looking for a new sofa to be featured on the show, with the station saying they are searching for “a tight-knit group of friends in your 20s, this could be your year, as we’re looking for fresh young voices”.
The show is also looking for a new family to take part, adding that families with younger members aged 12+ are of particular interest.
“Gogglebox Ireland prides itself on reflecting all of the different people, perspectives and communities that make up Ireland as we know it, and we’re looking to do so again in the upcoming series,” producers say.
“So, if you feel you’re exactly what’s missing from the show, now’s the time to give us a shout.”
