Tensions escalate when Jacinta makes a personal remark about Nikki and her children in Sunday’s Fair City on RTÉ One and the RTÉ Player.
It’s all part of the fallout from Jacinta telling the council that Nikki was allowing students to live in her council house.
In Sunday’s episode, Nikki arrives for work at the Molly Bán and is determined to keep her composure despite Jacinta’s attempts to provoke her.
“Homesick for The Helping Hand?” asks Nikki as the tit-for-tat continues.
“Not as homesick as your kids are for the council house you threw away on them,” replies Jacinta.
“You bring that up again, and I’m going to batter you!” warns Nikki.
