Number of people seriously injured following M50 crash

A number of people have been seriously injured following a crash on the M50 in Dublin.

The crash involving two vehicles happened between Junction 11, Tallaght, and Junction 12, Firhouse, southbound at 5.30am.

The people injured have been brought to hospital for treatment.

In a post on X, the M50 advised road users to expect delays.
