Troy Parrott has sealed a move to Spanish side Real Betis from AZ Alkmaar.

Having finished in fifth place in La Liga last season, Betis will be playing Champions League football in the 2026/27 season – a factor that is believed to have swayed Parrott’s desire to make the move.
The Dubliner joined Alkmaar just over two years ago from Spurs having enjoyed a previous loan stint at another Dutch side, Excelsior Rotterdam.
