Jamie passed away peacefully in his 91st year, on August 22nd 2026, in University Hospital Limerick, surrounded by his loving family.
Predeceased by wife Christine (nee Dore).
Deeply regretted by his loving family, sons Timothy, John, James and Maurice, daughters-in-law, Helen, Triona, Mary and Lorraine, cherished grandchildren, Katie, Meadhb, Robyn, Jack, Jamie and Emily, sister-in-law Ita, brother-in-law Thomas, cousins, friends and neighbours.

Reposing at Riedy’s Funeral Home. Sheehan’s Road, Newcastle West on Tuesday August 25th, at 6pm, with removal at 8pm to St. Ita’s Church, Raheenagh, followed by requiem mass on Wednesday August’s 26th at 12.30. Burial afterwards in Castlemahon Cemetery.
